Átadták az M30-as autópálya Tornyosnémetiig tartó szakaszát

Nagy Róbert Attila, a beruházó Nemzeti Infrastruktúra Fejlesztő Zrt. vezérigazgatója a Tornyosnémeti határában tartott ünnepségen elmondta, az 56,8 kilométer hosszú új sztrádaszakasz megépítésével Miskolc és Kassa között gyorsforgalmi úton lehet közlekedni, amely része a 3300 kilométer hosszú, a Balti-tengertől Romániáig, illetve Görögországig tartó Via Carpatia közlekedési folyosónak.
    Az érintett országok közül Magyarország készült el leghamarabb az útvonal rá eső részével, a 221 kilométer hosszú útvonal hazai szakasza Kassánál lép be az országba, majd Miskolcot és Debrecent érintve Nagykerekinél folytatódik Románia felé – mondta a vezérigazgató.
    A nettó 180 milliárd forintból, uniós és hazai forrás segítségével, három szakaszban megépült M30-as új szakaszát a személygépkocsival közlekedők ingyenesen használhatják az év végéig.
    Emlékeztetett, a NIF 2012 óta foglalkozik a sztrádaszakasz megépítésével, kezdetben kétszer két sávos autóutat terveztek, de egy 2015-ös kormánydöntés autópálya építését rendelte el.
    A Miskolctól Tornyosnémetiig vezető, kétszer kétsávos, óránkénti 130 kilométer tervezési sebességű sztráda építését 2018-ban kezdték meg.
    Nagy Róbert Attila elmondta, az útszakaszt tizenhárom új híd keresztezi, emellett hat csomópontot, három pihenőhelyet, illetve több vadátjárót alakítottak ki.
    A NIF Zrt. vezérigazgatója az elmúlt három évben megvalósult gyorsforgalmi úthálózat-fejlesztésről szólva elmondta, a társaság 2019-ben 113, tavaly 162, idén pedig 103 kilométernyi gyorsforgalmi utat adott át a forgalomnak.
    Év végéig várható az M44 Tiszakürt és Kondoros közötti, egy új Tisza-hidat magában foglaló szakaszát is átadják az autósoknak – tette hozzá Nagy Róbert Attila.
    Az átadáson beszédet mondott Orbán Viktor miniszterelnök, az ünnepségen részt vett Csöbör Katalin, Koncz Zsófia, Hörcsik Richárd, Hubay György, és Demeter Zoltán fideszes országgyűlési képviselő.

Nem lehetséges a magyar vidék fejlődése a közép-európai egység gondolatának megvalósítása nélkül – jelentette ki Orbán Viktor miniszterelnök kedden Tornyosnémetinél. A Miskolc és Kassa összeköttetését megteremtő M30-as gyorsforgalmi út átadásán a kormányfő kiemelte: ha van közép-európai együttműködés, akkor tud boldogulni a magyar vidék is.
    Amit akarunk, az “nem egyszerűen csak virágzó vidéki Magyarország, hanem egy erős Közép-Európa”, amely elég erős ahhoz, hogy megvédje magát az olyan természetellenes beavatkozásokkal szemben, amelyeknek a mai napig érezni a következményeit – fogalmazott.
    Hangsúlyozta: hogy ez a cél megvalósuljon, utakat kell építeni, amelyek összekötik a vidék különböző részeit, a vidékieket beviszik a nagyvárosba, összekötik az anyaországi magyarokat, a határon túli magyarokat és összekapcsolják a térség népeit. A most átadott út is ezt a célt szolgálja – mutatott rá.
    Orbán Viktor kifejtette: régen a Lengyelország felé vezető kereskedelem fő gócpontja Kassa volt, nagyon fontos útvonal volt ez, és úgy lehetett egy jelentős nemzetközi útvonalat működtetni, hogy nem kellett hozzá érinteni a fővárost. Mi, Trianon utáni magyarok ezt nehezen tudjuk elképzelni – tette hozzá.
    A miniszterelnök úgy látja, vissza kell alakítani a gondolkodásunkat, hogy rájöjjünk: egy olyan korszakba lépünk, amikor nem Budapestről kiindulva kell útvonalakat tervezni, hanem megvannak a régi természetes, egybetartozó térségek, amelyeket érdemes összekötni.
    A kormányfő közölte: ez egy virágzó vidék volt, amíg a nagyhatalmak az első világháború után szét nem szabdalták. A mi nemzedékünk küldetése, hogy amit az idegenek és a nagyhatalmak szétszabdaltak, azt megpróbáljuk összeölteni – fogalmazott. Hozzáfűzte: ha ezt nem tesszük meg, akkor a magyar vidék adottságai nem érvényesülnek.
    Hangsúlyozta: azonban mindenhol határokba ütközünk, így a magyar vidék boldogulása akkor képzelhető el, hogy ha a ma már különböző államokhoz tartozó területeket össze tudjuk egymással kapcsolni. Ez azt jelenti, hogy nem lehetséges a magyar vidék fejlődése a közép-európai egység gondolatának megvalósítása nélkül – mondta.
    Orbán Viktor felidézte: 2010-ben három célt tűztek ki, az első az volt, hogy minden megyei jogú város kapcsolódjon be a gyorsforgalmi úthálózatba. A második cél az volt, hogy Magyarország minden polgárának – bármilyen kis településen is éljen -, módja legyen arra, hogy a lakóhelyétől legfeljebb fél óra alatt elérje a gyorsforgalmi úthálózatot. A harmadik cél pedig az volt, hogy az összes gyorsforgalmi út érje el az országhatárt és kapcsolja össze Magyarországot a szomszédjaival – sorolta.
    Kiemelte: hatalmas erőket, rengeteg pénzt mozgósítottak e célok elérése érdekében. 2010 májusa óta 33 autópálya- és egyéb gyorsforgalmi útszakaszt adtak át, összesen 600 kilométert. Már csak három olyan megyei jogú város maradt, amely nem kapcsolódik be közvetlenül a gyorsforgalmi úthálózatba, 2010-ben még 9 ilyen volt – emlékeztetett, megjegyezve: a három város – Zalaegerszeg, Kaposvár és Békéscsaba – esetében is folynak az útépítési munkálatok.
    Úgy folytatta, a magyar emberek 87 százaléka 30 percen belül rá tud kapcsolódni a gyorsforgalmi úthálózatra, ez az arány 2010-ben 60 százalék volt. Ami a határokat elérő utakat illeti, 2010 előtt mindössze három gyorsforgalmi út érte el az országhatárt, ma ez a szám kilenc, 2025-re pedig 11 lesz – mondta.
    A miniszterelnök arról is beszélt, hogy a most átadott beruházás fél órával fogja lerövidíteni az utat Kassától Miskolcig, a beruházás értéke 200 milliárd forint. 2014 és 2020 között 700 milliárd forint érkezett a megyébe, és ha megnyerik a következő választást, ez a szám el fog törpülni azok mellett a fejlesztések mellett, amelyek itt megvalósulnak majd – közölte.
    Úgy látja, a most átadott útnak köszönhetően könnyebben jut majd el ide a tőke, az áru és könnyebben jönnek a turisták is.
    Orbán Viktor hangsúlyozta: senki sem tudja, mi fog történni a világban, meglehetősen zavaros a helyzet mindenhol, és mivel Magyarország a legnagyobb nemzetek játszmáját érdemben nem befolyásolhatja, az egyetlen biztos dolog, amelynek értelme és haszna van a számunkra, hogy Közép-Európát építjük, erősítjük. Az ilyen fejlesztésekkel a határok csak politikai tények lesznek, a mindennapi élet zavartalanul folyhat – magyarázta. Hozzátette: ez nemcsak a magyaroknak, hanem a többi térségbeli népnek is az érdeke.
    Azt mondta: az útátadással a magyarországi vidék fejlesztése és Közép-Európa megerősítése érdekében is fontos lépést tettek.
